Training

Employees go through extensive training after being hired, which may involve drills, weapon handling, learning specific tactics, and developing interpersonal skills. Indian government agencies such as the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), the (SRPF), and the Bomb Detection & Disposal Squad (BDDS) train them.

Employees are subjected to stringent background checks and disciplinary measures.

The training is meant to equip security officers with all the skills they need to contribute to the organization’s goals and grow in their careers.

Security officers at the MSSC receive both initial and periodic re-orientation training. In this training, guards are given the mental and physical tools they’ll need to keep the facility safe at all times. After being chosen for the Force, recruits undergo rigorous training.
