  • Now, start filling in the form and you need to ensure that you enter all the details in the capital letter. You need to use a ball point pen to fill in these details. All the details that you are entering should also match with the documents that you plan to supply.
  • Now, submit the form in the office and before submitting, you need to ensure that you have attached the documents properly to the form. This is an important step.
  • The officer at the desk will verify the details in the form and he will also check the documents attached by you. Once this is done, you will be getting an acknowledgement receipt.

What happens after submission of Offline Form?

Once you submit the application form for getting the ration card in Bihar, your application will be forwarded for detailed verification. There would be a multi-layer verification of the application.
