Open the Official Website of Urja Mitra Portal which is https://www.urjamitra.com/app/index.html.
After opening the website, you will reach the home page.
You will see the shape of the bulb at the end of the left sidebar along with the Icon of the Application Store & Google Play store. Click on that, as this option offers Download Urja Mitra Application.
On downloading this application for Android Cell phones, tap on the icon link of the Google Play store.
