- Two to three medium-sized potatoes.
- ¼ tablespoon garlic powder.
- One tablespoon oil.
You should wash the potatoes well and then pat them dry. Now peel off the skin of the potatoes with the help of a peeler. Once you are done with peeling, wash them off again.
Now slice the potatoes into fries. You can slice it into a size of your choice. Some people like them to be thin for a more crispy taste, while some like them too large slices.
